Angler at South place Hotel is a dazzling Michelin-starred restaurant with seafood at its centre. Led by Executive Chef, Gary Foulkes, the ever-changing menu features only seasonal and carefully sourced produce. Using passion and precision, Gary meticulously curates each dish to celebrate the taste and textures of the ingredients, using a variety of techniques, flavouring and seasoning. To complement each dish, the Head Sommelier has compiled an extensive list of wines from both the new and the old world.

The restaurant also features a semi-private dining room called The Chef’s View, making it an ideal space for intimate dinners. The restaurant’s Angler Terrace is an open-air space with an adjoining bar that features a retractable roof and heaters to ensure that guests stay warm and dry whatever the weather.
