At Brasserie Réjane, designed by Jean-Louis Deniot, locals and travellers can rub shoulders at the same table while tucking into Parisian specialities or a classic breakfast of a croissant and coffee. Brasserie Réjane provides a traditional French brasserie experience with a modern twist. The restaurant features three spaces laid out around a central room and private nooks that offer an intimate atmosphere.
Guests are invited to enjoy the convivial atmosphere at the bar counter, embellished with brass and painted mirrors and the bucolic atmosphere in the winter garden greenhouse. The chef offers the essentials of brasserie, while the bar displays a large selection of liquors and elixirs. Chef Fulvio Pischedda’s menu brings back the famous egg mayonnaise, sea-bream tartar, duck Parmentier and the pastry created by Yann Brys “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, Opéra, Pavlova and Crème Caramel.
