Shanghai, the signature restaurant at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, is the only Shanghainese hotel restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. Helmed by Shanghai-born Chinese Executive Chef Wong Wing Yeuk, the restaurant has a delectable curation of over 100 vibrant and distinctive dishes. Shanghai was conceptualised by the renowned Soh Chit Yuen restaurant, inspired by the famous Snow Garden restaurant chain and the Soh Chit Association of Hong Kong.
