Marco Pierre White at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr offers guests an unforgettable evening. Open for dinner from Sunday to Friday between 6pm and 11pm and on Saturday starting 7pm until 11pm, the celebrity chef brings international flare with flavors from England to the grill.
Set apart with its dramatic interior design, including a back lit “flame’ wall, guests will experience an eclectic combination of innovative grill cuisine and classic English fare, accompanied by an extensive wine selection, all under the close supervision of our Chef de Cuisine. Guests can assemble their own steak plate by choosing their cut of meat and adding a choice of something grilled on top, plus side dishes and sauces. Boasting an impressive menu with vegetarian, seafood, lamb and chicken dishes, guest is spoilt with choice.
