Lai Po Heen, Specialising in classic Cantonese delicacies and a wide array of dim sum. The highlight of the restaurant is an open Chinese kitchen where flaming woks and a hierarchy of Chinese chefs set the scene. Lai Po Heen is inspired by the great ancestral homes of 19th Century Chinese tycoons. The décor is simply stunning with high ceilings, ornate chandeliers and beautiful parquet flooring.
